Dr. Zusman has been in practice for over 30 years, combining bioenergetics, relational psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and Somatic Experiencing (for the treatment of trauma) in order to help individuals and couples "along the road" to healing their wounds and fulfilling their potential. He specializes in stress, anxiety and trauma: relationships, self esteem issues and the integration of mind and body. He has taught, trained and supervised other psychotherapists and was the Director of Training for his professional society. He is both a Certified Bioenergetic Therapist (CBT) and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).

Current Interests: One current interest is in the area of Self Esteem: insecurity, self doubt, self criticalness, feeling "not good enough", and/or feeling like you don't "measure up". Another current interest is in the area of Trauma and Overwhelm:feeling like life is too much: excessive worry, anxiety, or rumination; feeling paralyzed frozen or numb; feeling panicked or drifting off from the task at hand-the inability to be present.
